Conflict Management Level 2

Conflict Management covers many possible levels of interaction between people. From basic communication and customer service skills, such as dealing effectively with complaints, through to containing or intervening in a situation that has escalated to the point of where someone's safety has been compromised.

Our Training provides staff with the opportunity to interact and contribute to the solution.

Almost every group of workers with direct contact with customers, whether they are service users or the general public can be at risk of violence. Violence may also occur through internal conflicts, harassment and even bullying.

The following groups of people are particularly at risk.

• Receptionist or customer service points.
• Enforcements and inspections.
• Lone working and community based roles front line service delivery.
• Education.
• Leisure facilities (Public Houses and Night Clubs)
• Healthcare.
• Policing and Security.
• Contact with people with behavioural problems.
